At L'Italia Restaurant we intend to combine the best of the Cucina Povera, the traditional peasant or working class fare and the Cucina Alto-bohrghese the preparation of the cooks of the landed and merchant families. It is our goal to retain the dignity of the Italian classics while at the same time offer modern interpretations. We can only accomplish this by using the finest ingredients. Almost as important as the food, and more to some, is the wine. For this reason, we have selected several vintages to complement our fare, antipasti to dolce. Please feel comfortable in asking your server for recommendations.
