This Cabernet is blended with small amounts of Merlot and Cabernet Franc to add complexity. Aged 18 months in French and American oak, this is a rich-full bodied Cabernet with cherry, currant and blackberry flavors and a rich velvet oak finish. Excellent with prime rib, steak, red meat dishes and stronger cheeses like bleu and Stilton.
