Meritage Blends
A Meritage blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and a touch of Petite Verdot. Aged for 16 months in a combination of neutral French oak and new American oak, this wine has a gorgeous nose of violets and coffee leading to flavors of dark fruits with touches of vanilla and smoke. May be cellared for 5-7 years and was not fined or filtered and will produce sediment. Gold Medal – Indy International Silver Medal – San Francisco International
