This Spanish varietal is aged completely in stainless steel giving the wine a very tight and focused mouth feel with good acidity, displaying aromas of cut grass and grapefruit on the nose. Good minerality on the palate with flavors of green apple and lime. Silver Medal – Atlantic Seaboard
