Co-fermented with 15% Viognier and matured in new American oak for 8 months. This wine displays aromas of violets and blackberries complimented by flavors of espresso and black pepper. Cellaring this for 3 - 5 years will allow the tannins to soften and allow an earthier, spicer tone to emerge. Wine club exclusive wine.
