This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is half fermented and aged in neutral french oak, and the other half in stainless steel. Once blended together, the result is a wonderful and crisp, yet savory wine with a supple palate and beautiful acidity. Containing hints of lemongrass and citrus, this wine pairs excellently with all types of seafood.
White Wine Blend
Cold fermented in stainless steel, this wine is a 50/50 blend of Traminette and Vidal Blanc. It is a light-bodied, fresh white wine with overtones of citrus zest, pear, and apple. Enjoy with cheeses, salads, or crab cakes.
This Rose is made with 100% Merlot grapes from our Furnace Mountain Vineyard. These grapes are harvested early with the white grapes and sit on the skins for one day before pressing, giving the wine a soft, pink color. Fermented totally dry, this rose has a robust green strawberry presence on the nose followed by a full, but soft palate. A great wine to pair with a light lunch, fruit, cheesecake, or quiche.

One of the five major red grapes from Bordeaux, Malbec has been made famous by the Argentines. Aged 11 months in both French and American barrels, our Malbec is a medium-bodied wine with dark fruit overtones and rich tannins from both oak and grape. Enjoy by itself or with smokey, grilled meats.
This Merlot is made entirely with grapes from our own Furnace Mountain Vineyard, which is located on the bluffs above the Potomac River. This is a medium-bodied, fruit-forward wine. Aged 11 months in French and American Oak, this wine is unfined and unfiltered, giving it a rich, nuanced palate. Hints of dark cherry and raspberry with a smooth finish. Enjoy with grilled pizza, BBQ ribs, or salmon.

A blend of Malbec, Petit Verdot, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, this is a big wine with very broad shoulders. The dark fruit overtones are wrapped by supple tannins, offering a firm structure on the palate and a supple, lingering finish.
