About Above Ground Winery
We have completed Phase 1 of our business plan, and Phase 2 consists of more one-on-one approach to marketing our wines. We will be featured at Loudoun's Farmers Market in Ashburn, VA every Saturday, May through October. Beginning every Sunday in June we will be located Crooked Run Orchard in Purcellville, VA. We will post special events we are participating in and special events at the markets. With a focus on wine education, we will continue to provide in-home education sessions about the history of Virginia wine and Loudoun growing wine industry.

Vidal Blanc and Seyval Blanc entertain with a little Chardonnay and a splash of Riesling to give this southern belle a place at your table. Just a half of a percent of residual sugar makes this spicy wine just a little sweet.

Vintners Reserve
The deep garnet fills the glass as the heavenly legs swirl down the sides. Aromas of cherry, currants and a hint of cedar tantalized the senses that lead to sultry, soft tannins from the blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot.

Wild River Red
A blend of red wine and flavors of blackberry and elderberry bring this familiar wine back to Loudoun County. 4% residual sugar and a well balanced flavors make this a favorite with dessert.
