VIDAL BLANC
One of our most popular wines is back! The cold Winter and hot Summer of 2010 greatly favored the growing season for the Vidal Blanc varietal. This dry white offers a sparkly attack with the perfect balance of acidity and freshness. Flavorful fruits such as apricot and lemon come to life on the palate. Pairs well with appetizers, Japanese dishes, Asiago and Parmesan cheeses and strawberries. A fresh and textural wine, it is best enjoyed now and over the next two years.
