Spring must be just around the corner, as we have succeeded to get half way through pruning the canes in the vineyard. You might wonder why we are telling you this. We want you to keep up with what is happening here, because every activity has an effect on the quality of the grapes we grow and therefore on the final product in the bottle. For us it’s all about what’s in the bottle, because that’s where it all counts. All these facts and more you learn when visiting our winery and tasting exceptional red wines. Don’t forget to ask David, the Grower, Winemaker and Cellar Master about the origin of the Berry Hill Vineyard Crest. We are most pleased to share this amazing natural product from our unique site. Grown, Produced and Bottled by the Hilty family. Our rustic tasting room and barrel aging rooms are open by appointment every day of the week, except Sunday.
