Vidal Blanc

Not your usual Vidal! Dry and earthy with citrus, pear and melon aromas. Medium-bodied with a gentle finish! Great with goat cheese, shrimp and chicken.

Red

Cabernet Franc

Rich spicy pepper aromas, plum and dark cherry flavors. Aged in French oak. Blended with accents of Merlot and Petit Verdot. Mild tannins with a lingering finish! Join with sharp cheddar, steaks, lamb and your favorite fresh vegetables.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Full and fruity, big feel! Black cherry, currant and chocolate aromas. Sttructured and full-bodied with vivid tannins and a bold finish. Pair with aged Gouda, roasted or grilled beef, duck, and succulent vegetables.

Syrah / Shiraz

Big and flavorful! Shimmering ruby color, distinctive black currant and blackberry aromas. Jammy flavors nuanced with cedar and leather. Hints of cabernet sauvignon, merlot and petit verdot.
