Angel Chardonnay

Angel Chardonnay is a blend of Chardonnay, Petit Manseng, Chardonel, and Viognier. This wine exhibits notes of tropical fruit, starfruit, and peach on the nose where we are greeted by notes of pear and pineapple. This wine has natural acidity but is balanced by retaining some of the grape's natural sugars in this wine by stopping fermentation early. This produces a crisp wine with a medium finish that is full of flavor.
