2011 Pinot Gris
A strong whiff of orange blossom and melon fruit sets the tone for an expressively aromatic expressive example of Pinot Gris. Although the fruit only sees stainless steel, the juice is aged on the lees for a rounder mouthfeel. Like biting into a bright, fresh guava, our Pinot Gris will leave you asking “may I have another?”

Our 2011 Viognier is peach nectar, but without all the sweet. Dry stone and mineral tones are accented by vivid white fruit, as if the quartz in our vineyard was brushed with peaches and cream. The result is a vibrant, unpretentious wine perfect for sharing with friends.

2008 Merlot
Our Merlot has a bit of Malbec, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc to round out a well-balanced, medium-body wine. 45% was aged in French oak, this wine pairs well with roasted salmon, beef bourguignon (remember to use it in the recipe, too) and summer beef kebobs.
