Blend of Chambourcin and Barbera, estate grown. The Chambourcin was fermented on the skins of Petit Verdot, Merlot and Cab Franc, then blended with Barbera. It offers deep red and black fruit with a hint of spice and smoke. Pairs well with our cherry chili chocolate!
