Gray Ghost Chardonnay
This Chardonnay, fermented and aged in French oak, has delightful aromas of tropical fruit and pear with a hint of vanilla on the finish. A perfect fruit/oak balanced wine. Serve with poultry, seafood and pasta.

Gray Ghost Reserve Chardonnay
This full-bodied Chardonnay possesses rich toasty oak, ripe pear and vanilla flavors with a long, lingering butter finish. Fermented and aged in new French oak barrels, this 100% Estate grown Chardonnay is excellent with salmon, lobster, rich poultry and cream-sauced dishes. Winner of over 15 International medals every year.

Gray Ghost Victorian White
A semi-dry, Chardonnay with no oak. The Victorian White has lovely lemon overtones with a slightly sweet finish. A great crowd pleaser, it is an excellent summer sipper, good with picnics and spicy food.

Enjoy a bright bouquet of pineapple, ginger and jasmine with the classic spicy finish. Superbly balanced with a hint of sweetness, it complements turkey, fresh fruit, and Thai food.

Gray Ghost Cabernet Franc
The Cabernet Franc was fermented in small lots and aged in French oak for 10 months. It displays bright cherry and raspberry notes with a slightly spicy finish. With an emphasis on fruit, this is a lovely complement to pork, lamb and pasta dishes.
Cabernet Sauvignon

Gray Ghost Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet is blended with small amounts of Merlot and Cabernet Franc to add complexity. Aged 18 months in French and American oak, this is a rich-full bodied Cabernet with cherry, currant and blackberry flavors and a rich velvet oak finish. Excellent with prime rib, steak, red meat dishes and stronger cheeses like bleu and Stilton.

Gray Ghost Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Made from 100% Estate-grown grapes, this wine is aged three years in French oak. The result is an elegant Cabernet with layers of blackberry, black raspberry, bing cherries and dark cocoa with a lingering velvet oak finish. Excellent with beef tenderloin, prime rib, bison, bleu cheese and chocolate. Gray Ghost's Reserve Cabernet is only produced in exceptional growing seasons. Over 12 International medals every year.

Gray Ghost Ranger Reserve
An elegant blend of all five Bordeaux grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. Aged 15 months in French oak, it is an intense wine with blackberry, black cherry and dark chocolates with lingering velvet tannins. Serve with any cut of steak, strong cheeses and heavy Italian dishes.
