Moonstone
Moonstone is a late-harvest white wine with a sweet start followed by a crisp finish. This wine has a heady perfume of apricots and tropical fruits and contains 6% residual sugar. Moonstone is a great complement to lighter sweets, but excels with such foods as foie gras, blue cheese, and spicy meals.

Opal is a creamy, medium bodied, dry white wine with a rich bouquet of orange blossom, tropical fruit, and green olive, completed with a rich and silky finish. Opal will perfectly complement seafood, pasta, and poultry.

Carnelian
Carnelian is a crisp, medium bodied, dry white wine with an intense bouquet of chamomile flowers, pear, and almond and a persistent finish. This wine will graciously complement shellfish, pasta, and poultry.
