Fermented in Acacia wood barrels, this scrumptious Chardonnay may very well be our best yet. Acacia is a meet in the middle between traditionally oaked Chardonnay and those fermented in stainless steel. Acacia offers the texture of oak without the "woody" flavors. The end result, a true taste of the grape with the plush, creamy texture you expect of a Chardonnay.
