Slowly fermented with oak at low temperatures. The wine has been aged in used oak barrels since the completion of fermentation. The resulting wine is aromatic, and spicy. The nose of a rose bouquet slowly fades into a citrusy and spicy aroma reminiscent of cardamom and nutmeg. This wine pairs very well with pate.
Gold Leaf Traminette
This wine has a beautful bouquet. The characteristics are the same as our dry Traminette except it is slightly sweet. and the name says it all. If you like Muscado you will love this wine!
Dark, full-bodied red Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. The wine is gently acidic with soft and balanced tannins. Tones of Vanillin, dark chocolate, black cherry, cassis and even a hint of tobacco. The nose is lightly vanillin and fruity but also suggests aromatic hints of sandalwood and cedar.
Red Wine Blend
Sans Soucy brings you "Legacy" our hand-crafted Appassimento-style blend of Chambourcin, Cabernet Franc and Tempranillo grapes honors Southern Virginia tobacco legacy by drying our grapes in traditional tobacco barns.
Our process concentrates natural flavors and sugars resulting in an enhanced flavor profile that flows from rich dark chocolate and vanilla to cassis, plum, and subtle tones of anise. The "Legacy" lives on!

A light fruity red wine with full mouth feel and light tannins. A great summer red wine wine for those who do not like a full bodied red wine. Great with steaks or pork.
A lovely dessert wine that pairs well with vanilla ice cream and apple pie. It also is a great accompaniment to sushi or add a shot of ginger and bourbon to make an Old English favorite "Whiskey Mack"
