About Shenandoah Vineyards
Shenandoah Vineyards, founded in 1976, is Shenandoah Valley's oldest winery and is also the third oldest winery in Virginia. Award-winning wines made in the European tradition using modern techniques and. We have a wine for every palate and every occasion. The winery is in an old Civil War era barn. Come experience the tours and tastings of our wines, enjoy a picnic on the decks overlooking the vineyard and the beautiful Massanutten mountains, and shop in our unique wine-related gift shop.

FOUNDER'S RESERVE CHARDONNAY
Fermented and aged in French Oak barrels, very dry and complex, golden yellow color. Aromas and flavors of honeyed, roasted pineapple, praline, and caramel apple lead to a silky, fruity medium to full body and a ripe, juicy well-balanced finish. A delicious and elegant chardonnay for all applications. Wnner of 91 points - Gold medal - and best Virginia white wine - from Bevrage Testing Institute - 2013.

A red wine for white wine drinkers. Rebel Red is medium dry with very light tannins. A great picnic and barbecue wine.
