Our Chardonnay wine is made from white wine grapes that are hand-harvested early in the morning then carefully transported to the winery and directly pressed. Fermented entirely in stainless tank at no more than 60° F followed by two months of lees stirring to round out the mouth and build structure. Heat and cold stabilization in February then sterile filtration just before bottling. No malolactic fermentation to keep acidity and freshness.
Beautiful pale yellow color on this unoakedstyle Chardonnay white wine. Green apple, apricot, and slight pear dominate the nose and mouth. Refreshing, crisp and clean, this wine is easy to drink by itself and stands up well to food. Pair with gazpacho, caprese salad, and quiche.
Trump Sauvignon Blanc
Sauvignon Blanc grapes are hand-harvested early in the morning and are pressed whole cluster. After cold settling, two-thirds of the juice is fermented at low temperature (57-60°F) in stainless steel and one-third fermented in new and used French oak barrels. After fermentation, the lees are stirred for about two months in tank and in barrels. After six months of aging the result is a wine that is both fresh as well as round.
Our Sauvignon Blanc wine has a classic nose with fresh aromas of gooseberries and slight pineapple. On the mouth the wine is fresh and full from lees stirring and aging 1/3 in neutral French oak barrels. Pair with creamy cheeses, sushi and shellfish such as crab cakes or shrimp.
Our Viognier wine is made from grapes that are hand-harvested early in the morning and carefully transported to the winery for direct pressing. Fermented 2/3 in stainless steel tank at no more than 60° F and 1/3 in neutral French oak barrels. Stirring of the lees at the end of the alcoholic fermentation for two months followed by aging for five more months.
This Virginia Viognier wine has a beautiful pale yellow color and a nose filled with flowers. Honeysuckle, white peach and melon on the mouth. There is a nice roundness due to aging 1/3 in neutral French oak barrels. The finish is crisp and clean. Pair with crab cakes, lobster, scallops or rich fish.
Our dry Rosé wine is made from both pressing and bleeding methods. The grapes are carefully transported to the winery where they are hand-sorted and destemmed. The berries are then macerated on their skins for about 12 hours. Just after pressing, the juice is cold settled and fermented at low temperature (57-60°F) in stainless steel. Finally, stirring lees at the end of the fermentation and for about a month, brings some creaminess to this Rosé.
This crispy delightful Rosé wine has intense strawberry aromas along with fresh cherry, rose petal and sweet candy notes. The palate is nicely balanced with a refreshing acidity and a soft round and creamy finish.
New World Red
Careful selection in the vineyard and picking by hand give us the very best grapes which have been vigilantly nurtured throughout the entire growing season. Aging for 14 months in new French oak barrels developed this into a premium, full-bodied red wine of complexity and finesse.
Rich complexity and full-body that comes from mature fruit. The palate is luscious, round and silky, with well-developed flavors of toasted oak, currant, and black cherry. Double Gold medal winner Finger Lakes International Wine Competition. This Bordeaux blend wine pairs well with steak, lamb, and cheeses such as gruyere.
All the grapes used in this Bordeaux-style red blend wine are gently hand-picked, then sorted and cold-soaked through fermentation. Low temperatures during fermentation preserve fruitiness, while partial aging in French oak adds complexity.
Aging in used barrels for about 12 months before blending of batches. Final blending before fining and filtration (loose).
The nose is lightly toasted with aromas of black currant, blueberries and cherries. The mouth is smooth with flavors of black cherry and cocoa. This medium-bodied red blend wine showcases fruit while undertones of oak add to the complexity. Smooth, long finish. Pairs well with roast chicken, pork tenderloin, and cheeses such as camembert or brie.

Unique to Trump Winery, Cru is created by blending Chardonnay juice with Chardonnay brandy in lieu of a traditional fermentation. This fortified wine is then aged for over a year in American bourbon barrels. The result is an aperitif white port-stylewine with 14% residual sugar that is truly all-American.
Deep, fresh aromas and flavors of pear, citrus, bourbon and toasted almonds. This fortified wine is 18% alcohol, so it works equally well neat or as a mixer
