About Vino Curioso
Vino Curioso is a boutique winery located on Perry Road in Winchester. We make less than 1000 cases a year in order to maintain a level of quality and authenticity that is unique and of the highest caliber. Big things really do come in small packages.
Hours of Operation
Our winery tasting room is open on weekends from 11AM to 5PM Please call ahead to make an appointment as our space is limited. We also do private wine tastings in your home or business by appointment.

2007 Peaches, Pears and Nectarines serve to round out this fruity yet potent Viognier. Virginia's favorite grape done properly.

Cabernet Franc

2008 Frank was my father. He never got to see any of this winery stuff. He would be proud of this one. A well rounded Cabernet Franc that is sure to put a spring in your step and a smile on your face. Aged for 18 months in French oak, it has a silky finish with just the slightest bit of pepper.

Cabernet Sauvignon

2008 Step carefully into the Snake's Den. This wine will grow to be one of the best Cabernets ever produced in Virginia. Blackberries, Cherries and a hint of double chocolate fudge...WOW!

Merlot

2008 We call it Isabele's Revenge. Isabele was a hurricane. You do the math. It's fruity and has a character like no other in Virginia. Its medium body makes it much more palatable than many other Merlots you have probably tried.

Pinot Noir

2009 You can't taste this one yet, but I have and it's going to be great! Rest assured, you'll be able to get both hands around this one.

Red Wine Blend

2008 It's called 954. Don't ask us what that means because we won't tell you. Simply step into Bordeaux for this classic wine crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. French Oak gives this blend the smoothest corners you have ever tasted. It is also available in Virginia ABC stores.

2008 You probably know it as Chianti, but we're not allowed to use that word, so we call it what it is...Sangiovese...Quite possibly the world's perfect grape.
