About West Wind Farm Vineyard and Winery
West Wind Farm Vineyard Winery is located on a fourth-generation homestead in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia. We're near the intersection of I81 and I77 in Wythe County. Join us to taste small batch, handcrafted Virginia wine. We have special events throughout the year (including our Summer Saturdays concerts), so please find us on Facebook or visit our website. West Wind Farm is also a great place to entertain. We love putting on events from simple to sublime. Inquire.
Hours of Operation
Year round. Mon - Sat, 11am - 6pm. Sun, 1pm - 6pm. Closed some holidays. Special event times vary.
Winery Fees
Tasting Fee: any 3 wines - free. For $5 you can taste anything and for $7 you can taste whatever you like and take the glass home with you!

Our Galena Creek White is our driest white, made from the Vidal Blanc grape. We ferment a portion of it in Minnesota oak and blend that with the larger portion of stainless-fermented wine to yield a wine with flavor, crispness, body, and aroma.

Galena Creek Peach - the aroma of a ripe Georgia peach marries beautifully with Vidal Blanc. Sweet, but not too sweet. Great for sipping and sharing. Galena Creek Blackberry - summertime in a glass. The essence of a sweet summer blackberry melds with Cabernet Sauvignon to create a deeply flavorful and aromatic wine.
