Adagio
The 2006 Adagio demonstrates a graceful balance between the fruit, oak and tannins. The first impression is the complexities the oak and fruit play off each other. Mixed in with the fruit nuances is a soft, pleasant earthiness. The tannins are well rounded and smooth, yet still maintain a backbone which ultimately helps to create a long smooth finish.
