A concept that began in Paris in 1988 is once again coming to Effingham Manor. Join us on Sunday, Sept 1st at 6:30 p.m. for our 2nd annual Diner en Blanc. Diner en Blanc is a worldwide event in which people gather in a public space & set up a temporary, chic dining area. Guests come dressed in white, provide their own food, tables, chairs & linens. However, Effingham Manor is making it a little easier on you.
- We provide tables, chairs & white linens with set up under the stars on our lawn. We will also provide musical entertainment, bottled water, a glass of sparkling wine on arrival & wines for purchase*
- Guests provide table settings (white dinnerware, flatware), food, centerpieces & décor and their imagination! Come dressed in head-to-toe white attire & prepare to set a fabulous table setting to show off your creative side!
Prizes will be given for Most Creative, Most European & Most Effingham (piggies, our history & wine). Cost is $20.00 per person (plus tax).
