We're celebrating autumn in the Blue Ridge Mountains with a  delicious five-course meal by local, award-winning Chef David Dunlap!  Enjoy panoramic views and a fabulous dinner paired with top-scoring  wines from around the world!


Your chef for the night will be Chef David Dunlap, an Alain Ducasse & Inn at Little Washington alum and previously the executive chef  of Quirk Hotels. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Chef David, his most recent accolade is his recognition by FSR magazine as one of  the Top 32 Rising Star Chefs in the U.S.

Course One: Whipped Brie Cheese Scented with Lemon BasiTart Apples, Toasted Almonds, Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Course Two: Scallop Crudo with Lemongrass Custard
Nasturtium Leaf, Red Pepper Relish, White Miso Aioli
Paired with: 2018 Domaine Salvarcd Unique Sauvignon Blanc


Course Three: Smoked Pork Neck
Bacon Dashi Broth, Scallion, Sesame
Paired with: 2019 Pico Maccario Lavignone Rosé


Course Four: Roasted Pekin Duck Breast
Charred Dates, Ginger, Preserved Plums, Cherry Jus
Paired with: Tempranillo 2017 - CEPA 21


Course Five: Toasted Coconut and Green Tea Dacquoise
Cinnamon Crema,  Burnt Honey
