The final release in our Foraging Series, Golden Pawpaw features Gold Rush cider co-fermented with pawpaws foraged on the banks of the James River. This cider was aged in a Chardonnay wine barrel that previously held a Vasen Brewing Company grapefruit tripel. Tropical notes of pineapple and pawpaw, with a hint of vanilla. Still, 8.5% ABV, 0.1% residual sugar. Draft only, no bottles.
