Enjoy a special selection of appetizers paired with complimenting Prince Michel wines.
The event costs $30.00 for Brew/Wine Club Members, $35.00 for non-members. Payment will be taken onsite when you check-in for your reservation.
The Selections:
1) Artichoke Antipasto Skewer: A 5" bamboo skewer filled with sundried tomato, Kalamata olives, mozzarella cheese, and artichoke hearts marinated in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and seasonings.
Wine: Dry Rose'
2) Maine Lobster Cake: Maine knuckle and claw meat mixed with crab meat, white wine, dijon mustard, and panko bread crumbs.
Wine: Viognier
3) Quail Wellington En Croute: Bourbon marinated quail breast with mushroom, bacon, and parmesan cheese wrapped in a puff pastry.
Wine: Petit Verdot
4) Raspberry Brie Phyllo: Light and flaky filo dough rolls filled with a creamy raspberry brie mixture.
Wine: Semi-Dry Riesling
