Thursday and Friday, October 17-18, 2019, with a two-night takeover of its from-scratch, Tuscan-inspired menu. Petrillo, who is executive chef at Charleston’s
Zero Restaurant + Bar and
Creative Culinary Director of
Easton Porter Group, will bring his sophisticated spin on southern fare to Red Pump Kitchen. He will be warmly welcomed by
chef de cuisine Brandon Ripberger, who previously trained under Petrillo in Charleston, where he was immersed in the flavors and tastes of the city’s rich coastal cuisine.
