Celebrate the holiday season with a package of 12 Ridges sparkling wine and east coast oysters! Pickup times are the first three Thursdays in December from 3-5pm.

Oyster Offerings:
Chincoteague Oysters – Chesapeake Bay MD

- All Oysters are Pre-Popped (not fully shucked)
- $18 Per Dozen (Minimum Order 2 Dozen)
- Oyster Shucking Kit- $40 (includes oyster knife, protective glove, recipes, and link to instructional video from Chef Troy)
Sauce Options
- $6 per pint – Spiced Apple Cider or Lavender Mint Vinegar (will serve 2 dozen)
- $3 per pound - Cajun Garlic Butter (serves 2 dozen)
Oyster Chowder – $8 per pint - Wild Leeks, Yukon Gold Potatoes, Green Peppers, Onions, Celery, Cajun Spices and Herbs, Heavy Cream, Cajun Butter
Oyster Stuffing – $25 per tray - Bacon, Cornbread, Celery, Shallots, Bourbon, Herbs and Spices (feeds 4)
