 There is a story in Irish cider today. Join Courtney for the second workshop in a series that explores different themes in the region's cidermaking tradition and introduces unique approaches by individual Irish cidermakers.

The Single Varietal workshop introduces new ground being explored by cidermakers in Ireland around single-varietals that range from modern apples to exceptionally rare heritage varieties and techniques. Blue Bee Cider's take on this theme and a few Irish cheeses bring additional context.
