Sous Vide 101 Cooking Class

About this Event

In this class, Chef Ian Rynecki demystifies cooking with a sous vide. You’ll learn the basics to circulator cooking while becoming familiar with the machine. We’ll then learn how to perfect sous-vide cooking and you’ll find sous vide makes cooking easier, elevating your kitchen skills and eliminating the guesswork. We recommend purchasing a sous vide to take home as you’ll find yourself wanting to incorporate it into your everyday home cooking. Following the hands-on cooking demonstration, guests will enjoy a seated dinner hosted by Chef Ian Rynecki.

This class is part of our Reserve Class Series. Enjoy a smaller, more intimate class. You do have the option to purchase your ticket with or without the Anova Precision Cooker Nano.

Featured Wine

We are “pairing” each class with a featured wine. You will have your choice of 3 glasses of red or white wine that evening. Let us recommend the Wild Common or Zero White for this evening.

About the Cooking Class Experience

For the safety of our guests and staff, all summer cooking classes will be operating at limited capacity. The cooking class is approximately 1-hour of hands-on cooking with focused instruction followed by a seated family-style dinner with Chef Ian Rynecki. Each attendee receives 3 drink tickets redeemable for your choice of select red or white Pippin Hill wine. Upon arrival, please check-in with the event manager who will give you your 3 drink tickets, the recipes to follow along, and an apron for the evening. Wines by the bottle are available for sale for you to take home. Wine club members receive $10 off their ticket price.
