About this Event

Take your taste buds on a culinary journey! In this class, Executive Chef Ian Rynecki will show you how to perfect and simplify delicious flavors from Central and South America. You’ll not only leave the class with a better understanding of the traditional flavors that come from this region, you’ll also have a new (and easy) weeknight dinner recipe for the entire family to enjoy! Following the hands-on cooking demonstration, guests will enjoy a seated dinner hosted by Chef Ian Rynecki.

Featured Wine

We are “pairing” each class with a featured wine. You will have your choice of 2 glasses of red or white wine that evening. Let us recommend the Petit Verdot or Sauvignon Blanc for this evening.

About the Cooking Class Experience

For the safety of our team and guests, all summer cooking classes will be limited to 14 people. The cooking class is approximately 1-hour of hands-on cooking with focused instruction followed by a seated family-style dinner with Chef Ian Rynecki. Each attendee receives 2 drink tickets redeemable for your choice of select red or white Pippin Hill wine. Upon arrival, please check-in with the event manager who will give you your 2 drink tickets, the recipes to follow along, and an apron for the evening. Wines by the bottle are available for sale for you to take home. Wine club members receive $10 off their ticket price.
