Wine and Yoga with Chessa Trimble

Come find your zen with a refreshing glass of wine and a perfect view of the mountains at Chisholm Vineyard. Class will begin at 11am and last for approximately an hour. Please arrive around 10:45am to unroll your mat and grab your glass of wine. Each ticket will cover entry for one person and one glass of wine for adults +21 with a choice Chardonnay or Chambourcin. Ticket purchase ahead of time will guarantee your spot and is highly recommended although not required. You can bring your own mat or if you want to borrow one I’ll have some provided. Class will be outside weather permitting. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out and let me know. I look forward to seeing you all there.

A little about the class: 
This vinyasa style yoga class is a fun experience of self-exploration through movement linked to your breath. We will work on connecting your breath to your body movements to help guide you through your practice. The class will begin with warming up the body then move into a core flow with more standing poses and an opportunity to build some heat. The finish will have a gentle slow down and move into a full deep relaxation to help absorb the practice. This class allows everyone to find their own “best” expression of each pose with several variations to accommodate all skill levels.
A little about me and my yoga journey: 
I began my personal yoga journey watching YouTube videos and eventually started going to a studio. With a desire to find grounding in my life and gain a greater sense of control over anxiety, I developed my personal practice in 2014. As I’ve experienced a drastic change in my well-being, I decided to extend my knowledge and completed her teacher training program at Om Ananda Yoga in Fort Collins, Colorado. In 2015 I received a 200 hour
certification, and in 2018, I completed an additional 300 hours of upper level training. I enjoy helping students develop an inner connection to their body and mind through the practice of yoga, pranayama (breath work), and meditation. My goal is to create a safe space for students to discover their own personal edge and work through their limitations to discover more freedom from stress for themselves through their practice.
