Guests may select from an assortment of white grape varietals to sample, mix, and ultimately bottle as your very own, hand-crafted Ashton Creek blend with the guidance of our Winemaker and experienced Wine Stewards. Get an inside look at the winemaking process, explore your palate, and create a one-of-a-kind pour to enjoy in the Tasting Room, take home, or gift.
