A 5-course Virginia wine pairing dinner prepared by Hotel Madison and JMU Hart School of Hospitality culinary teams. The evening will start with an appetizer and paired wine reception, selected and prepared by Hart School of Hospitality culinary students with the oversite of JMU Professor Tassie Pippert. The meal will continue, featuring two small plate courses such as a soup and salad, followed by an entree and dessert. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated upon request.
