The aroma of this wine brings to mind plums and other dark berries. On the palate you may notice raisins and stewed fruit and on the finish some spice. This wine is ready to drink now and to pair with a favorite hearty meal but it will also age very well for several years.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon fermented in open topped fermenters and aged in Virginia and French oak barrels. The wine was then moved to neutral oak for extended aging.
