Monterey Maple

  • Sparkling gold, clear, off-dry cider aged in apple brandy barrels. This cider features Mutsu, Winesap and Pink Lady apples. This cider is fermented with local maple syrup, which tends to balance out the acids slightly, then barrel aged in apple brandy barrels. The oak comes through on the nose strongly, with a smoky, woody aroma and carries through to the taste bringing forth some vanilla and caramel notes. 8.4% ABV.
