This refreshing rose’ is made by soaking the Merlot juice on the skins for around 12 hours, hence the lighter color. It is refreshing and approachable. Rose’ is a great wine with salads, salmon, goat cheese, and warm sunny days. It’s a lovely compromise if you have a white and red wine lover that want to share a bottle. It remains bright and light while still imparting nice tannins. This would also be a nice pairing with grilled pork, Hawaiian pizza, and many other foods, Very diverse.
Color: Salmon to strawberry hued.
Aroma: Cherry, white florals and orange peel accentuate the aromas. Taste: A nice rounded body that is slightly off-dry but balanced with the acid. Long fruity finish
