This is a full bodied, earthy red with hints of tobacco and leather. It pairs great with mushrooms, smoked or cured meats, duck, lamb and goat. Having spent an additional year in new American oak compared to it's regular release counterpart, this Chambourcin is deeper, bolder, and earthier.
