Developing and youthful wine. Full bodied, dry with medium acid. Deep garnet color. Complex aromatic notes full of dark black fruits- plum, blackberry, cherry, currants; savory, earth notes, oak spice; floral notes of lilacs, and violets; pepper, baking spices, and chocolate. Tannins are medium-plus, firm but not overwhelming. Balanced and modestly lengthly. Whole berry fermentation. Aged 16 months in 40% new French oak. Vegan. 100% estate grown. 12.8% alc.
