Vibrant ruby color. Nose of plum and cherries. Palate is fresh and spicy with mineral and tannins providing backbone. Light body with bright acidity and crisp depth. Steel fermented and aged in neutral oak for 5 months. 50% Chambourcin, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc. 12.6% alcohol. 100% estate grown. NOT VEGAN
