Taste: Dark cherry, blackberry, coffee, long vanilla finish
Pairing: Filet, blackened fish tacos, bacon burger grilled veggies, Manchego cheese, chocolate covered strawberries
Winemaker notes: Bordeaux blend of 25% Petit Verdot, 50% Merlot, 25% Cab Franc. 20 months in French oak, (50% new), VA Governor’s 2023 Cup Gold medal.
