This sassy, vibrant Rosé was made with 100% Cabernet Franc grapes. The Black-skinned grapes were crushed and the skins allowed to remain in contact with the juice for only two days to achieve a gorgeous salmon color. A distinct violet and raspberry bouquet with a smooth, delicate blend of berries on the palate. Nice touch of acidity on the finish. This Rosé is a Classic.
