A Rhone varietal, this is a lighter bodied red with an earthy aroma, notes of red fruits, pepper, leather and baking spices. Pair with roasted vegetables, salmon, chicken, turkey, and other lighter meats. 100% Mourvèdre. Neutral French and new American oak.
