Medium bodied, with aromas of vanilla, cherry, leather, rosemary, and thyme. Red cherry, plum, vanilla, black pepper, and allspice on the palate. finish. Aged in French and Hungarian oak. Pair with a roast turkey, beef, and lamb. 47% Syrah, 47% Mourvedre, 7% Garnacha.
