Notes of black cherry, berries, vanilla, baking spices, and earthy notes on the nose. Flavors of cherry, plum, cocoa, and allspice on the palate. Layers of flavor, with a long, lingering finish. Aged in French and American oak. Pair with beef, roasted lamb, and pasta with tomato sauce.
