Dry, yet fruity nose and palate evocative of pineapples and bananas. Steel barrel fermented and finished in neutral oak two months. Pairs well with fish a chicken, and also with spicy foods. Most enjoyable served chilled. Ready to drink but character and complexity will increase over time.
