Classic Loire Valley Rosé produced via the soignée method. Blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes. Off dry, less than 1% residual sugar. Strong strawberry/raspberry flavors, crisp and fruity. Steel barrel fermented.
