Blackberry Rouge

Blackberry Rouge is a fruity mixture of blackberries and red grapes. We allow the blackberry fruit to ferment then blend with a small amount of Chambourcin wine to improve balance and achieve a berry forward wine. This semi-sweet wine is best served chilled with dark chocolate.
