This is a fruity, semi-sweet, crisp, slightly more acidic wine with aromas of pineapple, pears and grapefruit. This wine was slowly fermented and then aged in stainless steel tanks which allow it to keep its higher acidity. Serve chilled. This wine pairs well with summer green salads with fresh shrimp, back fin crabmeat, or grilled blackened chicken, added. Excellent with Old Bay seasoned shrimp or crabs.
