Pale as the winter sunshine, the 2017 Sauvignon Blanc follows our tradition of making crystal clear Sauvignon with mouth-watering freshness. The aroma has white flowers perfuming a lime-citrus zest. The first taste is a tingling tartness with the wonderfully balanced acidity of lime, grapefruit, passion fruit and green apple. The wine is destined for fresh oysters on the shell as well as any fresh seafood ranging from shrimp, clams, crabs and if you can afford it, lobster.
